That's your take away from this? how could you possibly see she took a swing at the dude? Getting between two guys isn't taking a a swing at someone.
It looks like she first gets involved trying to pull away the person she knows.

Glad that old man was ok though, At the end of the video the cop and a Yotes fan pushed him back so he didn't fall over.

On second look, you might be right. But the guy she was trying to hold back fell back, and so she fell forward into the red shirted guy. Red was in the middle of a fight, and must have assumed she was trying to push/hit him. I don't think he realized it she fell into him on accident (he may have not even known she was a girl until after he swung).

It looked like he just swung and realized what happened after. His reaction after seemed to be leaning over and acknowledged the girl he just hit but the fight continued.
