I agree if they wanted McIntosh to swim they should have subbed someone in one of her strongest disciplines namely backstroke or Butterfly.
Athletics just started!
Women hammer throw (Camryn Rodgers is the 2023 World Champion).
Women shut pot (Sarah Mitton was 2nd at the 2023 World Championship).
Women pole vault (if Alysha Newman manage to equal her best performance she could get bronze).
Men 800m, Marco Arlop is the 2023 World Champion on the distance.
Men 5000m, Ahmed won silver in Tokyo Olympics on the distance.
Synchronized swimming (single won bronze at the last World Cup).
Men Basketball team (Canada won bronze at the last World cup).
Women 3v3 Basketball team somehow managed to get into the game for the Bronze medal (against the USA thought so more like another 4th place probably).
Women beach volleyball managed to beat the 2nd seed and are now in the semi-finals (so at worst they finish 4th).

Phil Wizard is one of the top break dancers in the world. (yes break dancing is now an Olympic sport). He was the 2nd in the last World Championships and won it in 2022.
