At the end of the day it’s just a game, and we were having healthy discourse. I voiced ideas and perspectives you guys have never been exposed to before, and you guys did the same for me. The more new perspectives are shared here, the better. We don’t want this place to be a hive mind, do we?.
You exposed no one to perspectives they hadn't heard before. They were tired and patently false talking points very easy to refute. You simply ignored the counter information presented.

In my defense, the counter information presented was poorly formatted and expressed, until you showed up and properly explained the situation in Florida. Why couldn’t people just admit that Florida Fans are fair weather fans who only show support to their teams when they are winning?. That’s a perfectly fine explanation to my questions, yet fans had to get weird about it.

Give me a f***ing break. Your precious Oilers are not exempt from empty seats when the team was bad

Or that doesnt apply to your scope of logic because "RevengeofTheDrai" didnt exist yet?

How many false narratives did you go through for weeks before you found that explanation last night?

Tax advantage
LTIR usage
No attendance
No watch parties
Classless Fans
No Fans
Ending Players Careers
Classless Players
AI parades

And there are many more examples you used....

All were shown to be not true and examples provided in regards to the league and even examples shown about the Oilers, and their own fanbase doing the same or worse. All blissfully ignored until fanbase after fanbase came to tell you you were wrong and misguided, including Oilers fans.

Now it's everything was good until the Panthers players made fun of our guys. Which again there was video shown that the F U chants were started by drunk fans in a club after the series was over. How do you mentally agree with yourself, that you were all good until that point, whilst ignoring the 3 weeks before that?

And we are intellectually dishonest? LOL, ok then.

It’s obviously someone’s burner account? Arent those against TOS?

Those two topics were heavily discussed before the series began. You can find thousands of articles of those topics, which shows that they are very real issues.

The only issues I stepped out of bounds on, was the no fan issue, but then again, many have stated this and it looks like you all decided to pile up on me exclusively, when many were also the culprits.

Again, you guys are twisting the truth in front of everyone’s eyes. Tkachuk audibly says “McDavid who?” And incites the chants. It was started by Tkachuk; the drunken fans just responded to the push he gave them in that direction.

I was not good up until that point, but I wanted to move on past the series, until the whole Panther organization decided to relentlessly mock our players. By the way, the fans participated in this too, with all threads provoking the Oilers “Will you lose respect for McDavid if he joins Florida”. That’s classless, because there’s no need for that after beating us convincingly.

You guys are great at taking snippets and sound bites out of the general message, shown by “ending careers” bullet point, when I mentioned that Bennett’s play could have resulted in career ending for Stolarz. Head injuries are not a joke.

The series is over, time to move on with your life.

Let's just all hope we get another rematch (cage match) next season.

Head injuries are no joke.

That's another great example I forgot.

Dirty Panthers picking on RNH with dirty hits. Showed video or Marner, Stolarz, and Jarvis as proof, lol. The Finals were the least physical series we played all run, and the Oilers were by far the ones taking liberties on the Panthers, not vice versa. There was also:

Biased Refs
Colin Campbell strikes again...

Many more...

:loony:

To be fair, Edmonton just played against Dallas who played like baby food all series. Going from Dallas to literally anything is a ramp up in physicality

Soft ass response to slashing Hintz' foot. Aho injured Reino and he paid for that shit.

I’ll admit I have went a bit over the top, overreacted even, but that was a result of certain Panther fans playing victim, being(a bit) intellectually dishonest and manipulating me into a position where I had no choice to defend my narrative and viewpoint.

We were handling losing well until Panther players decide to roast and taunt our team.

Oilers fans have been condescending, whiny, spoiled brats for these past two SCFs. The roasting and taunting is a result of these fans, not the other way around. Stop trying to play the victim now once you’ve been hammered to death with truth, and your fantasies and clueless posts about anyone outside of Edmonton, have been debunked countless times, by countless members. You, and the rest of the Oilers fans who were in on acting so obnoxiously and condescending, because you won a SCF game or two, deserve all the taunting and roasting. If you can’t take the heat, don’t start the fire.

This happens to all times, especially after sucking for 20 years. Look at Chicago, Pittsburgh, San Jose, Washington etc

And for info, many of us have sticked with the team for all those years, so don’t is this ignorant crap.

Yup, and I acknowledge that and called HF Panthers fans amazing multiple times. Most fans in real life quit in the 90s & 2000s because the team wasn’t good enough for them apparently. Side note: How do you only have 321 likes with 10,000 comments?. That’s a concerning ratio, indicating some stuff you say is deeply unpopular.

Number 23 overreacting in the second pic. Drai’s elbow is fully extended and it’s barely touching his face. Like come on, make it less obvious. Stolarz was actually sent to a HOSPITAL. Can’t compare these situations.

It was harmless chirping… holy overreaction. Did anyone get hurt from our chirping?. You guys are the only fanbase that wants constant praise, or else you claim discrimination and ‘condescending attitude’ against you. It’s a victim complex, really.

I think you guys imagined the fire, it wasn’t actually started.

Lmao, are you posting this to yourself? You’ve just described your demeanor in here to a T. :biglaugh:

This jibes with your assessment of the on ice officiating.....
totally seeing things through one way eyes. :biglaugh:

Awesome
