team played well enough until late in the 3rd when igor decided to stop goaltending. got the 2 points and gave florida their first regulation loss of the season.

The reason people care that the team wins despite playing like crap and the goalie steals it, is that it’s not sustainable.

Win one game like that and yes you take the win, who cares?

Win all your games like that and fail to play quality hockey? You know you are a pretender that will get exposed if you don’t correct.

Yeah exactly. Would’ve liked them to close it out 4-1 obviously but Florida is the best team in the league and hadn’t lost in regulation yet. 3 games in 4 nights and having to fly back from Calgary for the fourth game against the best team in the league? Just winning that game is good enough for me.


People are acting like we got boat raced by Chicago tonight or something.


We’re going to have a stretch soon with not as much travel and good rest and we’re gonna start to hopefully put together. This is a team in survive mode until they figure it out. We should be happy we’re banking points while still not playing their best.
