He hasn't been super good but Holl was on the ice for 12 of 17 goals scored against us and that just can't happen either.

He turned Mark Staal into a pylon with the pivot and then just stopped skating. He had Bob pretty much all alone. He waited and the chance disappeared.

The flow after the play did help the eventual 2-2 goal

I thought they did an excellent job of mitigating risk in the Tampa series, but they have played large portions of this game as if it were the regular season. There was absolutely no reason for McCabe to jump in late on a 3-1 rush.

So many stupid mistakes by us and Florida isn’t failing to convert on them. Leafs once again getting too excited and forgetting to play defence.

Yeah they just need to be patient. They have largely been the better team, but like we seen with Tampa and Toronto that doesn't always equal a win.

Nylander always skates great, the issue is he's looking for cute plays and refusing to drive the goal when opportunities present themselves.

He looks soft as f*** out there.
