He's 19. He's the second youngest player in the NHL. And he's playing with guys who realistically aren't sniffing more than the 4th line on any playoff team in the NHL. What exactly do you expect him to do? Dangle through one of the best lines and best D pairings in the NHL, all on his own, for an entire game?Yes, hes playing against great players but he is supposed to be a great player as well. This is not the only game this has happened.
I know hes going to be a top tier player but last night wasnt good enough. Its starting to happen more and more.
