Tough to take the hot hand out of the lineup after he scored tonight!!
Incredible scoring depth from the (way)backend. Love seeing those guys chip in on offense. Attack really getting contributions from up and down the line up this year.

Is anyone honestly surprised? George is such an unreal puckhandler it seemed almost inevitable he'd get one eventually, no? Awesome seeing everybody so excited. Who doesn't love a goalie goal?

Fantastic game for the fan club to be at!!! CARTER GEORGE!!! WOOOOOOHOOOO

Bedkowski was an absolute force out there tonight. I bet if you polled OHL GMs there are a few who would take him over Barlow on his own, even putting aside the rest of that trade (if he's playing at that level every game). He never left the ice and was so physical all night long (yes, resulting in a couple penalties but they were all 50/50 types imo).

George's goal wasn't the only bit of Attack history made yesterday. MacDermid and Gadjovich squared off in the NHL last night, has to be the first time two Attackers have fought each other in the NHL?

Maybe if guys like Bissonnette and McGrattan ever fought, but weird to see anyhow.

I believe you guys have a bus coming tonight?

If you have time check out Lonestar by the arena- just down the street. Very good. Not sure if you guys have one in Owen Sound.

Don’t mean to spam you guys but where is Konnor smith? Is he hurt? Sick? Suspended? Getting traded?

No Gabe Smith again today, third game he's been out in a row. Is he banged up?

Also, Waddick and McDonald out this afternoon. Not sure if this is injury/illness or message sending to two underperforming vets? Gates and Mikus both draw in.

GSmith sick .
McDonald healthy.

The Attack with a gutsy effort fall just short .
Of note 8 rookie skaters dressed today.
McDonald being a healthy scratch in Ottawa is a little surprising given he's from Ottawa. They don't typically sit guys playing in their hometown, especially given this is very likely the last time for him.

Solid game today. That 5 on 3 kill early on was huge. Bedkowski really takes away a lot of ice out there. Nice to see Kindree get his first OHL goal too.

Not a bad weekend for the boys.

3 games in 4 days with travel is big ask for any team in this league. Keeping in mind that the Frontenacs are a top contender in the east this far into the season and the quick turnaround from Thursday to Friday against the Frontenacs and the high emotional event against Peterborough Thursday may have caught up by the end of the weekend.

Safe to say the team just ran out of steam versus the 67's today, they played a decent game on the statistical perspective of today's game keeping Ottawa to limited opportunities and that shows what type of character this team has in the room and has built and continues to build forward.

Sometimes multiple games in a short time with a younger core of players just shows up and today showed that the team just didn't have enough to get them over the 3rd hurdle.

Probably as good of a game as the Attack have played this year and a double deflection off Arnett and Bedkowski sends one to overtime they probably deserved to win. Certainly didn't look like a young team playing their first game in London.

Thought they had a little bit of everything in this one. Offense delivered, Defense was solid, special teams(especially the PK) was good, George was rock solid. Just one of those nights where the bounce doesn't go your way. Hell of an effort.

You guys deserved to win. Actually I’m kinda grumpy that the Knights pulled it off. Sometimes you need to have a lesson learned and the defensive effort could have been a lot better.

1000% kudos to you and man Carter George is a rockstar. You guys actually played the trap and played like the Knights normally do, play the trap and cash in on your chances and odd man rushes.
