That and behind the net and along the boards he tries to use his reach to much to knock the puck behind his guy to him and gets beat instead of using his reach to wrap them up I get he is trying to gain control while his check has momentum going the opposite direction he wants but as of now his puck stripping isn't the best but everything is related to timing he is a rookie and will adjust once gets used to the nhl pace and his fancy numbers will skyrocketHe just backs off way too much and gives opposition so much room and always waits for them to make the first move. It's really not all that concerning but people say it's bad luck but when the opportunity of luck could have been prevented by shutting things down earlier its kind of silly imo.
