Prophetic predictions aside, they had no business getting two points out of today. Horrible middle ten minutes of the 1st but otherwise weren't terrible. Good on them for showing heart and still skating well into the 3rd to draw the calls to get the game level.

That bounce off Dobson's stick leading up to the game winner was horrific. Ice had eyes there.

While this is true... I still don't get how you have a national game, outside, being pumped all year by the network & media, against a bitter rival... you come out & score an early goal, whoop some serious ass in one of the best fights league wide and then just fold like a lawn chair.

I just wish there was some consistency with defending.

They go braindead at times.

the attention of being a NYR gets in their heads and they end up playing nervous. When they settle in and feel like actual underdogs they dig for pucks harder
