His brother was a career 20 point forward til this year, he wasn't even great in the AHL. Now Ilya goes from under a PPG in the much weaker USHL to nearly leading the OHL in scoring. It's suspicious but I wouldn't immediately suggest PEDs But it is exactly where the mind wanders for two guys who were never stars at any level and likely train together becoming premier players in their respective leagues.
