HF Habs: Out of Town Thread: 2025 Playoff edition

Bednar is gone. That's a Charles Barkley guaranteeeee lol. Seriously that was awful. They have Girard out there on the pk with his three foot long stick trying to take away passing lanes for god sake.

Huge from Dallas i just hate that call

From a playoffs we have seen flying elbows go uncalled to crosschecks to the face to guys be blown up through the net, a hold with 4 minutes left in a game 7 is called?

Dont like that

Well Colorado got a 4 minute pp for a crosscheck that is rarely called in the playoffs (Ignored at least 4 times in the Habs series)

Rantanen scoring a hat trick in a Game 7 comeback against the Avs is absolutely f***ing hilarious and I'm all for it

Even worse since they traded him outside the Conference only for him to end up back in their own division and eliminate them

Samuel Girard proved once again why small defensemen drop on draft day. For every Makar, Hutson, Hughes, you have hundreds of Samuel Girard that arent dominant enough offensively to make up for the porous defensive play. Last couple of Stanley cup winners have no defenseman under 6 ft.

I like these big skilled, poised, European born players: Rentanen, Drai, Barkov, Kopitar, Hintz….
And Slaf :D

And before you rudely scoff
Rantanen didn't score his 1st playoff goal until 22 yrs old
Drai was also 21, but his next playoff G at 24
Barkov @ 20 but his next one at 24
Kopitar 1st playoff goal at 23
Hintz 1st playoff G at 22

Juraj is on schedule
