Montreal
Looks like Oilers have finally decided to bench Ceci. Only problem is that probably means Desharnais is back in.
Yeah I really really loved that Desharnais Kulak pairing. :sarcasm:
I get it though Ceci is getting leaned on more than is good for him.
Two of the goals were a direct results of Ceci not tying up the play sufficiently for proper coverage. Nurse is no help either I can't believe how bad his stick is.
Those guys were horrendous on low to high plays.

Meh. Oiler will bounce back tonight. I have a feeling.
If Bob doesn’t play lights out it’s not even a close game.

One thing for sure, that game 1 recipe will not work for Florida again in game 2.

It's a winning recipe tho.

1. Keeps McDavid under control
2. Exploits every opportunities you get from Nurse, Ceci/Desharnais and Skinner
3. ???
4. Win the Cup.

Expect the Cats to be less timid than in first 2 periods of last game, but the last thing they want is to get into a slugfest against the Oilers. Oilers are just going to get frustrated by a hot goalie, make more mistakes and expose their weak point even more as the series progress.

I keep thinking of how many shots we had against Tampa in the finals in the first few games. One of them we had 40 some shots, but it just seemed like every time Tampa had the chance they cashed in on it. Every mistake we made, they made us pay.

Hmm Perry is out. Maybe this could change things for Edmonton. I am not normally superstitious, but Corey Perry has me a little stitious.
