It means nothing. Harris was drafted by BargainBrains so what does HuGo or pro scouts have to do with anything.

Gorton during the draft video that year said teams only get so many chances to add talent and it's now difficult to add them during UFA.

Said you pretty much have to draft or get lucky to get high end talent these days and sometimes you need to take a chance. Then said but it seems like this room doesn't seem to want to take this chance but he just wanted to make sure they were making the right decision.

Certainly sounds like he was likely talking about Michkov there to me.

Victor Oloffson, who I completely forgot ended up in Vegas, with his 5th goal in his 9th game. One dimensional sniper for sure but what better place for him than lurking in the weeds on a healthy Vegas team

This is a fair point.

I think Slaf should have been put in the AHL to start.

Leafs lose to the mighty Wings. Petry had two goals. Pacioretty with a cheap shot on Debrincat's knee (who did come back), Chiarot gave him a nice face wash down to the ice in reply. Husso won his first game since last December. Marner was the best player on the ice but he can't do it alone.
