I was just concerned with digital aids but lost the plot when I tried to post.More likely that the stick end jammed in something in the boards for a second, it unjammed itself & slid across the ice.

Leafs prized summer acquisition Klingberg is on LTIR. Let’s give them Harris for Nylander. Throw in Jake Allen for a good measure.
He gets the Ylonen treatment. And their other prized summer acquisition, Ryan Reaves, is often scratched, and when he plays, it's anywhere between 5-10 minutes (sometimes even less than 5).

I really and truly don't understand in what universe Brad Treliving was a good option for Toronto. Not that I care but it does go to show the problem with the Leafs went higher than Peabody as many suggested. And their other prized summer acquisition, Ryan Reaves, is often scratched, and when he plays, it's anywhere between 5-10 minutes (sometimes even less than 5).
Digital aids makes the puck dissapear but that's A OK because ads can be sold twice.
Sincerely,

I said last season long before Christmas LVK had the ideal 4th line coming in under the cost of Gallagher. Looking at the skillset they possess and comparing them to this guy they knew was well beyond his prime. It's easy to see just how clueless Toronto's Pro Scouting team is not to mention anyone who signed off on it.And Reaves has been as physically threatening as Ylonen, too.
THIS is what makes no senseI can understand if the team wants to add a physical presence. What makes absolutely zero sense is Treliving signed him to a 3-year deal at 36 years old.
Is Benson further along then Matt Savoie already? Hopefully Rein amounts to something, as Benson seems to have progressed quite well since end of last year.Benson playing in his 10th game of the season tonight, so he burns the first year of his ELC.
How he fell to 13th is crazy.Benson playing in his 10th game of the season tonight, so he burns the first year of his ELC.
GMs seems oblivious to the NHL performance curve vs age. I just don't get it.I can understand if the team wants to add a physical presence. What makes absolutely zero sense is Treliving signed him to a 3-year deal at 36 years old.
How he fell to 13th is crazy.
I recall discussions pre draft where some had him going as high as 5th. I never saw that but I did reassess my position on him and thought possible top 10.How he fell to 13th is crazy.

Yes he is. He's just on a different level as a prospect. Last year he was clearly the best player on his team, and they started struggling the moment he went out with an injury. Is Benson further along then Matt Savoie already? Hopefully Rein amounts to something, as Benson seems to have progressed quite well since end of last year.
It's a typical size thing. How he fell to 13th is crazy.
Takes two to tango. So the Corey Perry situation has people saying it's trade related. But I'm seeing a lot of people saying the reason he's not around the Blackhawks now and they're not elaborating why is because he apparently bagged one of the moms during the mom trip.
AND teams are so afraidAnd their other prized summer acquisition, Ryan Reaves, is often scratched, and when he plays, it's anywhere between 5-10 minutes (sometimes even less than 5).
You want to watch the Jets get annihilated why exactly? LolAll of these early games will cross over with or directly compete with the Dolphins/Jets, but for some reason on the main board there are multiple professors that will argue every scheduling decision made by the NHL this week was a masterwork of 5D chess
You want to watch the Jets get annihilated why exactly? Lol
Agreed lolTua looking awful and/or TuaTyreeklooking great are the most potentially entertaining scenarios in either league this afternoon
Imagine, they could hire anybody in the world cause "they are not limited to french speaking candidates", and they hired Treliving.I really and truly don't understand in what universe Brad Treliving was a good option for Toronto. Because Brad (bubbles) did the BIG trade in calgary, so he knows how to make a huge deal. my thoughts.Imagine, they could hire anybody in the world cause "they are not limited to french speaking candiates", and they hired Treliving.
