The Leafs seem to be playing exactly to the level of the Sabres in effort and talent and appears like a really well contested game by two very similar teams if you ignore the jerseys.
That is also true. They want it really badly (the buffalo I mean) They want to beat this crowd.

Not really enjoying the Rielly-Sandin pairing tonight.

Rielly seems to have no idea what Sandin is doing -- and neither do I.

I would much prefer Rielly-Brodie, and go from there.

It appears having a really easy schedule left is actually a bad thing for us

An easy schedule isn’t necessarily a good thing. If you need a ton of points in a race, it can be a way to pick up ground. Or if your team has a certain personality they might either pick up a ton of bad habits which will burn them later, or they under perform and they have to haul ass later.

these guys are trying to be wayyyyy too cute with the puck

Part of why they play bad some games against lesser opponents. Start trying fancy shit.

Almost 2 periods gone against a shit team and 14 shots. Wake the f*** up. On net. No bullshit 15 passes to try and pass into the net.

Goalies best friend coming through there. These guys have to wake up!!!
How is Craig Anderson turning the clock back a decade?

Can’t win with 856 save percentage each game

Blame everyone else if you want but good teams have their goalie make a key save
This isn’t on the goalie

we actually might be getting outplayed. Buffalo has neutered every line, even the 1st line for many shifts
