Hahaha! I forgot that Bob Cole called Silfverberg "Alfsilfversson".

First we had Gonchar passing to Gonchar, now we've got some ultimate Swedish hockey playing hybrid.

Am I the only one that doesn't think Lundin has been bad? Meh.

I also think that Silfverberg is more effective as a left winger than a right winger. Gives him that easy option to cut across the ice and fire off that wrister (IMO).

ok maclean confirmed: benoit for lundin and zibanejad for o'brien

I quite like these changes. Lundin hasn´t reached an acceptable level and im glad to see Zibby again. The guy has potential and has proven that he can play well in this team.

I thought he played a really solid game against Carolina. Mediocre after and pretty lousy the last couple. I don't like to throw this term around but he's soft. I can handle soft D if they can bring an offensive game but Lundin doesn't seem to bring it and his career numbers suggest it's not forthcoming.

He's basically a less physical Lee.

I'd rather have Benoit in.

Not a fan of the Jimmer sitting tonight. I'd rather sit Grant or DD who probably won't see much ice anyways. Let's at least give ourselves the option of rolling 4 lines.

Why's Jimmy out? I actually think he has been pretty good this season (didn't get to watch yesterday's game though)

Benoit scares me he has made some pretty horrible decisions with and without the puck so far ..Patty and Gryba are both creating plays and have good size

Grant or DD id send the weakest one down and bring up Shane Prince we need a scoring threat

He had a brutal game yesterday. Multiple opportunities to clear the zone that failed and resulted in scoring opportunities for the Devils. Looks like he needs a rest from playing too much (or at least that's what I'm hoping the case is).

Just noticed that Spezza is 6th on the team in scoring, despite playing only 1/3 of the games.

Lundin and JOB have been sub par as of late don't mind the changes one bit.

JOB hasn't played well the last few games, I think MacLean is just giving him a rest, hopefully get him back on his game.

Hopefully a team like the Islanders allow us to get some offense going and get these guys some confidence. The team didn't even look that happy when we won yesterday...

This one I don't understand...

O'Brien out? He's been one of our most consistent forwards

And DD/Grant/Daugavins will play????

No, lines should be (if Regin is back) :

Silfverberg-Turris-Alfredsson
Regin-Da Costa-Condra
Zibanejad-Smith-Neil
Greening-O'Brien-Grant

Daugavins and DD (back to Bingo) should sit IMO

Am I the only one that doesn't think Lundin has been bad? Meh.

Lundin has been fine but still a bit out of game shape. No NHL camp + long term injury is not easy to shake off.
