Norris is not worth his cap hit this season but he's also coming back from a major injury. What is good is that his defensive game seems to be coming back to form. Since he came back from injury on January 20th, he has played 7 games and among 255 forwards with at least 50 mins at ES, he ranks :

- 23rd best CA/60 (51st best CF%)
- 9th best SA/60 (27th best SF%)
- 43rd best xGA/60 (80th best xGF%)

His main problem offensively is that he doesn't score as much on the PP. Our terrible PP is affecting offensive numbers for many players

Actually, Ottawa didn't play all that well. They gift wrapped that first goal for Detroit and the anemic PP made the game much closer than it should have been.

But it's usually enough to beat the Red Wings.
