I am guessing Larkin just got caught between two players there, hit by #21 (Joseph) into #27 (Kelly). Looks like his head may have impacted the latter's shoulders. That was far more incidental (per refs review) than the aggregious intentional stick to the face against #2 (Zub)! That ejection is totally justified and very likely to be league reviewed. Scary though, the way Larkin was not moving at all.
