If you read it with the assumption Green has always thought Hamonic was trash, and as well as he's ever seen him play isn't a high bar, then it's a little better...That's extremely worrying

Understatement of the yearThat bottom pair has seen significant improvement since hamonic left it
The Ullmark era has to begin tonight. No excuses, we need to steady the ship and it starts with goaltending and filters down.
Sanderson- Hamonic is bad but I expect it to be with Hamonic playing a top pair role. But holy crap the Chabot-Jensen pair is shocking.
It's worth noting Sanderson-Zub/Kleven-Hamonic vs Sanderson-Hamonic/Kleven-JBD is also FLA/MTL/LAK vs NJD/TBL/UTA/VGK/COL, I think the QOC in the later is a bit tougher tbh,Sanderson- Hamonic is bad but I expect it to be with Hamonic playing a top pair role. split up Brady and Stutzle.
the best line we've put together in the last couple of years is
Brady-Norris-Batherson
not sure why they don't go back to it. they performed well enough to be a legit 1st line, which leaves Stutzle being your "2nd" line center. But really you would have two lines who on any day could be your 1st.
Yeah, I want to see:
Tkachuk-Stutzle-Greig
Giroux-Norris-Batherson
Greig has more skill and upside than Gregor or Amadio.
Who are you matching Greig and ostapchuk against? They’re not good enough to be matchup playersWhat about leaving Greig or Ostapchuk as the matchup 3C and trying Pinto at RW with 7-18 when he returns?
Tkachuk-Stutzle-Pinto
Giroux-Norris-Batherson
Perron/Ostapchuk-Greig-Amadio
Cousins-Gregor-MacEwen
Pinto is definitely ideally suited at center but he’s got the pace, responsibility and shot to fit beautifully with Tkachuk and Stutzle as well. Maybe that gives them a better overall output?
I don't see the point of this either. What about leaving Greig or Ostapchuk as the matchup 3C and trying Pinto at RW with 7-18 when he returns?

Ugh, do I really want to see more of Chabot - Hamonic?! I guess if the team is at home where the pair might be better suited to maintaining those numbers...
I really don’t know how they didn’t address that RD position.
Although Jbd looks fine… he still seems like their second choice on the bottom pairing.

Perron-Pinto-Amadio had excellent metrics when they were together. They make up an excellent shutdown line.
