I think they put Karlsson with Vlasic while Burns will play a mix of defence and forward. You could end up seeing two 65+ point defenceman on the Sharks this year.

Also, Karlsson may not have an extension in mind now, but who knows 1 year from now, a lot of players move to the bay area and end up loving it and wanting to stay/build a family there.
