Tierney and Demelo are decent young players, but I'm not high on Josh Norris at all, and the draft picks will all be late.

I assume the two conditional picks are aroud whether Karlsson extends or not. We'll need to see what those picks actually are.

Overall, pretty medicore, but at least Ottawa can try and move forwa- Oh, they have Stone and Duchene to go through this process with now? Oh boy

DeMelo is not good. His numbers last year were heavily inflated by a coach overplaying him when he probably didn't deserve it.

If the 2 conditional picks turn out as 1sts. I bet this is contingent on EK signing. 3 first rd picks and a 2nd for a player not likely returning is a fair return. If EK does not sign with SJ, then this is the usual going rate for a rental. Young player, a first and second and prospects.

The key here is if EK signs with SJ, what are the conditions. If its 2 first rd picks. The trade just looked better to a retooling sens team. You need 1sts to rebuild.
