all i have learned in the last 2 days is that the media literally has no contacts within the sens management as of right now
thats actually very refreshing

Crazy that the guy who was going to have to leave to be able to sign Pinto was the guy who had to leave in order to be able to sign Pinto. Still need 3 forwards and a defenseman for just under 4M. Good luck?
Perhaps if they are RFAs who only have Europe or getting a ridiculous offer sheet that is too rich for a team to match. Is it normal for players demanding trades to sign deals?
I heard that kawhi is still on a plane to Toronto.. its just stuck in a holding pattern for a little while longerYeh that or lies. Like Patty Kane to Toronto. Or Ohtani to Toronto. You know it well.
Stalemate was probably the word used by Lewis Gross, Pinto’s agent. The same agent who had Nylander hold out until December back in 2018.Friedman calling this a stalemate when it's 2nd day of free agency lol.
Sens were reportedly trying to bridge him for months since the cap is tight. Still has two more RFA years after this contract ends.Feel like this doesn’t rule out a trade but rather guarantees Ottawa will get assets back. 2 years for a guy like this seems fishy.
He signed such a good deal so he would be worth more to other teamsI thought he was as demanding to leave.
On that note, send him home so he can play for the team he grew up following.
Who needs click bait this time of year lolits called click bait. and it works
Who needs click bait this time of year lol
But changing out spare parts for similar spare parts (aside from Ulmark) doesn't really inspire confidence. Especially since Ulmark doesn't come with an extension in place.
Gaudreau also sat out until training camp coming off his ELCStalemate was probably the word used by Lewis Gross, Pinto’s agent. The same agent who had Nylander hold out until December back in 2018.

How are you going to a deny a young stud his opportunity to play for his childhood team? They let Adam Fox and John Tavares do it.He signed such a good deal so he would be worth more to other teams
Interesting. I thought they acquired a Vezina winning goalie last week.At least fans can look at this as something management didn't completely f*** up this off-season.
The sens weren’t even close to making playoffs last year and they traded a first rounder for one year of an aging (although still great) goalie.Interesting. I thought they acquired a Vezina winning goalie last week.
That's a god awful trade with zero foresight. Ullmark likely won't resign unless it's a huge overpayment. It's the duchene trade all over again.
Most people were under the assumption it would cost something close to that pick just to dump Korpisalo. The sens weren’t even close to making playoffs last year and they traded a first rounder for one year of an aging (although still great) goalie.

This may blow your mind, but thats actually how age works. In all instances. The sens weren’t even close to making playoffs last year and they traded a first rounder for one year of an aging (although still great) goalie.

I think all your other #s are right but MacEwen’s cap hit is $775k, not $835k
