Good soldier in Belleville/Ottawa this year. Seems like a well-liked pro. He runs his motor as hard as he can.

Looks like Staois/Andlauer are working to establish some continuity in Belleville, which is vital if we are going to finally address our depth. Dorion never built a team that could sustain a single long-term injury, I have said it every pre-season, and looks like Staois is eager to avoid that trap.

Great guy to have around as AHL depth. Hopefully you don't have to actually use him in the NHL...but if you do, he's not gonna hurt you much. Good for him, good for the Sens. Gives the guy a little bit of stability.
