This is the issue!!!! Thank you for mentioning it. When the players Union negotiated to cut down full pads practice in the last cba the product has nose dived.

I think both currently suck and that's on the coaching staff.

Past year and a half has shown, Zappe is better than Mac in my opinion. Mac is at best a back-up - 3rd string QB now.
