I couldn't be happier that choke artist Rodgers will not be coming to Denver.
Even happier after seeing the price tag. I can't imagine giving up tons of quality assets and then signing a soon to be 40 year old to a 200M contract.
Broncos dodged a huge bullet on that one. Now they can focus on actually building a team. Instead of hoping Rodgers and bandaids would get us to the wildcard game.

At the end of the day there is only 1 option for the Broncos, and that is your have to draft a guy. Trading for an elite guy simply doesn't happen.
Bandaids are always available but don't do much as we well know. So they better just start drafting guys and hope 1 pans out. Unitl they do that, they will continue to suck.

Nevermind, that's out of left field. Surprised, I like this much more than Rodgers, since he's only 33.
Different scenario than most. Elway was forcing his way out and was threatening playing for the Yankees. Colts didn't have much choice other than trading him.
But realistically, star qbs don't get moved often. But we just got Russell Wilson, so that's cool.
