Please not Kaepernick. He's terrible.

Fitzpatrick or McCarron, please.

RG3 as a last resort.

But not Kaepernick.

Weeden has a weak arm an no mobility. All the same weaknesses as Manning with none of the strengths.

Osweiler's deal with the Texans likely to come around the $16M/yr range. DEN offered $13M originally were willing to move a bit higher...

how about brandon weeden, would he be a good option?

asking for a friend.

 Oh Brandon Weeden. Thank god I hate the city of cleveland and by proxy their major sports teams, cause that was one of the most obviously-terrible-at-the-time picks I've seen in the NFL's first round; a round that has featured a lot of terrible picks that were obviously bad, even before we had the benefit of hindsight.

I guess you guys can just wait a year. If we don't put **** together this year and get back to the playoffs, Eli very well may be moving on; and he's playing the best football of his life despite having no weapons other than ODB, a weak running game, and a craptastic defense. That way you can win a superbowl with both Manning Brothers.

I thought Weeden had a pretty good arm? I always thought the knock on him was that he looked good on the field, but could never figure out how to win football games at the pro level. I've always kind of been a fan.

Broncos offered Osweiler $16M per yr with $30M guarantee. Houston $17M- $18M per yr. Manning shadow/fresh start were factors #9news #9sports

Keenum I think was drafted by Kubiak.

Bad news if coach is going back in his Texans QB history to bring someone in.

Yeah they lost Brock the moment they put Manning back in. Kind of inevitable I guess

looks like 37 mil is guaranteed.

so i guess it's essentially two yr deal for brock. but coach and/or GM of texans might get canned if this doesn't work out.

anyway, some legit starters haven't gotten as much guaranteed money. texans were desperate.

Don't want Keenum or Schaub either but both would be better than Kaepernick.

I want AJ McCarron.

Well, I'm glad the Broncos just let Brock walk. That is asinine money for a guy with 7 games of experience. I'm going to enjoy watching him become Matt Flynn version 2.0 with the Texans.

So I guess the Broncos are kinda screwed right now. Not many good options out there. I guess we'll see what plan B is for Elway. The one good thing going for Elway is he's a pretty good judge of good QBs, so I have faith he'll get someone in here that can get the job done.

Reading the reactions of players on twitter about Brock leaving, and all I can say is Brock better be ready for an all out war when the Broncos play the Texans. The defense is going to tee off on Brock.

I saw Chris Haris' tweet. Who else is tweeting?

I misread a few tweets, thought they were posted by others. Chris Harris is so far the only one.

But I'd assume that the other players on the team can't be too happy with Brock, especially since he was on record saying he wanted to be a Bronco.

Well have fun in Texas Brock. I'm sure Von and the boys wil remind you why you shouldn't have left when we play you this year.
