I've been saying this for 2 years now. Trash. Kershaws money should have been spent on another starter. Seager and bellinger no shows didnt help either.

Martin and freese started just once, and they were the catalyst in the blow out win.

Tough on a manager when the guy you hand to ball to in the regular season to win a bunch of games for you isn't the guy you can give the ball to in the playoffs.

Guys like Orel Hershiser can make a manager look really good.
 
It's October, which means the Dodgers are failing. At least they didn't lose another World Series. Less painful.

This is why I couldn't get excited throughout the regular season. I knew how it would end. Where was Mr. MVP? And Roberts still can't manage a bullpen in the postseason to save his life.

Yet for 3 years now he continued to give him the ball. Roberts is by far one of the worst ever at managing bullpen usage.

Friedman need to go as well.
 
Roberts said he thought Kershaw was the better choice to face the heart of the Nats order no matter what. And this man will keep his job.
 
Joe Thornton thinks Kershaw is a choker.

Regardless, you have to can Roberts. So many baffling decisions. How many times is he going to outsmart himself?

This is DL sticking by Sutter if it doesn't change soon.

I blame Columbus moving to the Eastern Conference.
 
I've heard people thinking maybe Dave Roberts might not be the person making the lineup and pitching decisions. The money spent on the front office is overshadows coaching staff these days from what I understand, and it wouldn't be shocking to learn he just takes orders.

Either way, no way in HELL I'm giving the ball to Kershaw when they have Maeda so dialed in over the last month. I feel like everyone on the planet knew this before this multi million dollar Dodger brains. Completely unacceptable decision.

And as Maeda aptly demonstrated immediately after the fact in a tougher situation, no less.
