PC laptops I generally use Lenovo. Maybe Dell.

dont be silly. just go to a futureshop or something and pick out almost anything. laptops are way more than loaded now adays.

my advice on Lappies is always "Cheap and replace"

They all last 2-4 years before becoming yucky. expensive ones become.... a really pricey yucky laptop that you don't want in 2 years but have to use for more years because of initial investment.
