Anyone wanna buy $285 store credit to Macy's? I just returned some Christmas stuff and I don't need any more clothes or cologne or anything else from Macy's but if anyone is planning a large purchase I'd love to trade you for cash!

Do you guys think getting a spray tan is embarrassing? Not the actual tanning process, but magically appearing tanner the next day at school, where people would definitely notice. It's just that I'm so ****ing white and at night under lights I appear darker and look much better. I wanna try a tan and see how it goes, but do you think it'd be embarrassing?

So instead of getting a spray tan, go tanning five times over the next 20 days. You'll gradually get darker, it won't be a night and day difference when you show up to school the next day and it won't look fake and orange. Guys are embarrassed of going tanning but a lot more do it than you'd think. I was embarrassed when my girlfriend dragged me a couple of times before vacation a few years ago, but it worked and it was way more gradual and normal looking. Get over the embarrassment and do it for real if you want to look darker. Tanning might not be the healthiest habit (and I'm not suggesting making it one) but spray tan is even grosser by far.

There's one problem. It's January and kind of cold out.

I don't want a darkish orange tan. I'm pale as ****. I just want a tan so I look like I have a normal skin color. I'm not going for the vacation orange look. Just want to give my skin a bit more color.

So go to a tanning salon, like I said. You won't look all fake and orange and you can control how tan you get. You just have to man up and walk into the salon.

Everyone has lordosis. Hyper-lordosis is an over curvature that can cause back pain, but it is normal to have the inward curvature. Lordosis is just the term for the natural, normal curve of the spine. Hyper lordosis is common in lifters who work office jobs or spend too much time sedentary when not in the gym. You can correct it within a month.

Causes of hyper lordosis are excess body fat or spending too much time seated each day. You can correct it by trimming down (not saying you're overweight, just throwing it out there), making sure to stretch daily, your upper and lower body, especially hip flexors, and avoid sitting too much. Stretching is especially key. If you work an office job, for example, try standing at your computer when you can. It will burn a little bit of extra calories as well, but also help your spine get back to it's normal curvature. Also, make sure you're not loading your squats or deadlifts too much and that you practice proper form over going for bigger weights. Poor form can put too much stress on the lumbar muscles and cause lower back pain and the hyper lordosis posture.

I can work on trimming down

Not sure how my teachers would feel about me standing in class though

Haha! How come we never see you in the Devils OT anymore? Not that you were a regular, but we'd see you in there sometimes!

I was there only that one night where everything in HF was taken over my peaceful fairies and lovely unicorns. Too many devils for my liking  I'm sure a Ranger wouldn't get too much traction in the conversation anyway.

When you said Bob and I aren't very fanatic about the New York Rangers and we're not as much about the hockey as we are about chatting in the OT Threads and The Lounge, we both took offense to that.
