Hey guys, I don't post on yours guys' boards but I figured this would be the best place to ask.

I'm in the market for a Draisaitl reverse retro. I used to get my jerseys from a local store because they always hand stitched them, but they closed down years ago so I have to go through the online market. Looking for somewhere in Canada that does the hand stitching, any recommendations? Appreciate the help.

This is absolutely devastating for the City of Edmonton, EPS and the officer's families. May both officers rest in peace.
My God, that is just terrible. This is something that is supposed to happen in gun loving U.S.A. not Edmonton, Canada.

Maaaan I knew Brett Ryan like 10 years ago, seeing his name I was hoping it wasn’t him. This one hits home for me. Was an awesome dude when I knew him. Always loved his metal music and always talked about wanting to serve the country in the military or as a cop. RIP

Stories like this make me want to go on a massive no holds barred rant against both sides of the political spectrum for different reasons. Since it is agaisnt the rules and I'd be permabanned I shall stay quiet.

Jeez, no way. I'm very sorry to hear. I was talking to a buddy of mine who is a Sheriff and he was on a course with one of them earlier this month. When the Mayerthorpe incident happened, I was on a course with Peter Schiemann the week prior.

Incredible tragedy today.

I've gotten jerseys stitched at Pro Am Sports. They do a great job. They're still selling this year's reverse retros and if you already have a jersey they also sell the kits separately (you'd have to send your jersey to them to be stitched).

Ice District Authentics, the Official Oilers store, also sells the reverse retros and you can customize them with pro stitching. I've never bought a pro-stitched jersey from them so I can't speak to the quality but I imagine it's decent.

Golden Bears beat UPEI 4-1 in a dirty game by UPEI. Ran the Bears goalie and lots of dirty shit. Bears refused to shake hands after the game (said they worried there’d be more fists thrown/altercations in the handshake line).

Bears play UNB tomorrow in the National final.

Apparently one of their goons suckerpunched Kruger, after running him over, and who knows if he can play tomorow as he's in concussion protocol.

I have to confess to probably an unfair bias on my part, and it has to do with our national men's and women's curling teams, particularly Einarson, and Gushue to a lesser extent. Admittedly I do not cheer for these teams in the Scotties and the Brier but they just cruise though our nationals and kick the living shi* out of everyone, maybe lose one game, look totally dominant.

Then they go to the worlds and look as if they have never picked up a curling broom before, look just awful.

Can these teams not play at all without perfect ice and perfect rocks or what?

(My totally unfair rant of the day.)

Definitely being unfair to Gushue, I would say. Gushue has gone to the Olympics twice and won gold and bronze. He has gone to the world championships three times winning once and losing in the final to Edin the other two times.

A former colleague of mine years and years ago got on with the Mounties and his first posting was Evansburg. I can't remember the exact details but I remember him telling us in the days after the Mayerthorpe incident, someone dropped a letter off amongst the rest of the flowers and notes that said "Too bad he didn't get more of you'se", or something similar to that effect.

Most of these comments come from attention whores. Pay no mind to them.

If CIU or whatever the governing body is over collegiate sports in Canada is serious, they should suspend the UPEI men's hockey program for next season.

What a bunch of clowns and sore losers.
Their pathetic coach was making excuses after the game and how they didnt get calls there way and its an emotional group in there.

That player who suckered the goalie isnt even suspended by the CIU or whatever org oversees this stuff.
