I tried watching 5 mins of Shoresy. Didn't laugh once. I can laugh at Trailer Park Boys, Fubar, so its not the low brow aspect. I just don't see any aspect of Shoresy as funny. Even the trailers aren't good. Must be a different type of humor.
Just from watching the trailer, I thought the same thing. Mind you, I've seen bits of LetterKenney and thought that was pretty dumb as well, so this makes sense.

Yeah, Letterkenny didn't do it for me either so I wasn't actually expecting to like the spinoff. More curiosity than anything. For sure I'm not the demographic for this stuff.

Cool to find, no doubt, but I'm sure the city and contractor will now say this will delay the project by another 2 years, similar to the chunk of concrete they said they found when working on the LRT river portion, lol.
lol lol that we both thought the same thing. heh. Except they still don't know what the chunk of concrete was for. You think a major city would keep some kind of record of plans and previous builds somewhere. In the City of London they have a pretty good idea what had been built anywhere since Roman times and knowing where everything is, exactly, in 3d, to the nearest foot or inch has allowed them to do so many more complicated projects. Its incredible in comparison how much difficulty our contractors seem to have. Could you even imagine them trying to figure out how to put a new Tube line in between 6 other intersecting tube lines and Utility ROWS, and ancient river ducts etc. Maybe they should all go to school in London.

I haven't heard about the concrete. I read on C2E about someone's dad redoing Kingsway and coming across a long line of railway ties from the ERR. The line was lain but never used, as there was nothing between 101st and 124th.

Whereabouts was the concrete found?
