Chipotle will be closing down all restaurants for a few hours in February for a national all-employee meeting to discuss the E. coli outbreak, which began in October.
In-N-Out is the only safe fast food restaurant to eat. I've heard some horror stories from the others when friends worked at various places like McDonald's, Burger King and Taco Bell when they were teens. Pee, and poo stories. So gross.

I think Capt Mittens is already standing outside on line.

Likely just stories. Restaurant patrons can see the cooking of their food in the three places you mentioned from the cash register counter. Now if you are driving thru late at night, that's a different story, but there are usually more than three workers even at the wee hours and I can't imagine all three teaming up to let this kind of thing happen...don't get me wrong, I'm sure it's happened but it would have to be a pretty rare event.
Original Tommy's is pretty good too. I've never gotten sick there, and one would think that would be idea, given their offerings of chili on everything. But so far, so good.
A friend of mine used to call the McGriddle the Mc****tle for a reason.
He's 71? He looks pretty bad ass for 71.
