Parm is up there with sex for me. I have thought hard about building a religion around parm.


Where do you stand on parm Buddy? Was it one of the first things you ate when you went back to meat?

Like pizza place chicken parm. Must be the deep frying and crunchiness I love the most. Our homemade attempts are barely edible since we don't deep fry it. I should have that for lunch tomorrow at one of the hole in the walls near my office.

The key to homemade parm is a good pounder, panko breadcrumbs and a pan fry.

I like all kinds of food. My favorites are Italian and Mexican. Vegetable lasagna, macaroni salad, penne, and seafood are among my favorites. I love cheese, but subtlety done. Not too much. Eggplant is pretty meh to me also.

Eggplant is so versatile and used in a lot of different cuisines. It's the best when fire roasted and blended with lemon, garlic and harissa.
