Like pizza place chicken parm. Must be the deep frying and crunchiness I love the most. Our homemade attempts are barely edible since we don't deep fry it. I should have that for lunch tomorrow at one of the hole in the walls near my office.

I like all kinds of food. My favorites are Italian and Mexican. Vegetable lasagna, macaroni salad, penne, and seafood are among my favorites. I love cheese, but subtlety done. Not too much. Eggplant is pretty meh to me also.

Eggplant is so versatile and used in a lot of different cuisines. It's the best when fire roasted and blended with lemon, garlic and harissa.

Try it in a new preparation, like baba ganoush. That's also amazing stuff. But get it from a legit restaraunt, not some gross prepared grocery store version.
