And by the bye... Rachel R in the post post thing in the whatever that bar scene is, Altitude continuing with couch interviews of on air peeps, players and fans... they were rehashing the Bednar responses which led her to a comment... "that's my coach". Seen in full context, makes loads more sense. Point being... a lot to like about Rachel Richlinski, She does a very fine job imnsho.

Logan O’Connor for the next 6-8 minutes after the injury was something else.

He was leaping at everybody trying to hit and start shit with all comers. Even after his breakaway that earned a PP, the whistle went and he jumped at Benson with a punch in the face.
There is something about people who wear #25. Keane, Podein, Stewart, the ghost of Maximus Talbot. We won't mention 2016/17.

I actually thought both LOC and Girard showed a hell of a lot of leadership tonight. In fact, if it wasn't for the fact that we lost Wedgie this would be my favorite game of the season. It wasn't even the most complete or most dominate. But from the moment Wedgie got hurt, the tone was different. It felt like the game MATTERED a whole hell of a lot more than a early January game against a cross-conference foe. It felt personal...as a fan watching and it looked personal for the players. Damn proud of their response tonight.

Oh, am I the only one who keeps missing two parts of Bednar's presser? I watched it twice on EPSN+ now and both times the audio cuts out the exact same two spots during Bednar's responses. I'm sure he must have dropped a bomb, but they cut out like the majority of what he was saying instead of just bleeping a single word. Frustrating.

i feel so bad for Byram. He has to live in Buffalo, play for that franchise and that fan base. He’ll get the move he wants in the near future but it must be hell on earth for him right now.

No, f*** him, he asked for it.

Win a cup as a young guy, go look for greener pastures because you can't be bothered to play the two way game you were lauded for in the Playoffs.

His ego landed him in Buffalo instead of allowing him to take Towes job, and he was given the chance.

He can live with his low depth cup, he's lucky, he'll never do it in a top role unless he fixes his cock mentality that he doesn't have the talent or awareness to backup.

The reporter or?
Nah Blackwood. This is the second time i've heard him say "They" when referring to the Avs as if hes not part of the team. The f***in janitors at Ball arena and 90% of Avs fandom even says We.

I like Middleton, but wtf was he doing on goal #5?
I dont like Middleton and the 5th goal is exactly why.

Yeah.. uh its nice that they won, but they shouldn't have let themselves get into that position in either instance.

Appreciate the don't quit, but show up so you don't have to all be heros please.

No one is going to remember that you tried hard after a while, but they all know that. We need some 60 minute games out of this team.

Reading him, I think it's a confidence thing, I still think he feels lucky to be here. I'm not reading it as if he's trying to separate himself, but more like he's humbled.

Which still needs to change. He needs to give himself credit.
