Xenforo Cloud is doing server maintenance Thurdsay 13th at 9 AM GMT. Downtime is to be expected during the process. Server changes were implemented recently to cope with the traffic surge last week. This seems to be affecting the user login, so please anyone experiencing this, log out and clear the browser cache. We expect to have this issue solved once the maintenance is complete.

He's my dream acqusition. Isles have no cap space and we don't either. I'm not sure there's a deal with the Isles unless we go nuclear and trade Palat at the deadline

Meh. The two teams have done plenty of deals together.

I saw a Rags fan saying just yesterday that Kakko is one of the few forwards who actually tries to forecheck and backcheck. Kind of hope that's true because for a team that has sucked 5v5, especially defensively, scratching a guy who's at .5 ppg and tied for the team lead in +/- seems like a bad idea.

I gotta find out their record since THG did a “Are the Blue Jackets being overlooked in the East?” Video. It seems like the wheels have fallen off since then.
He also did one for the Flyers within the same day or maybe on the same day. They haven’t fallen apart since then, but they haven’t gained much ground either.
That CBJ video was November 30th. They’re 2-4-2 since.
The Flyers one was December 1st and they’re 2-3-1 since. So the Flyers are actually worse than I thought since then.

lol. I think this is the first time I watched the full clip. You can tell by the way he says no one would be gutsy enough to take Kakko over Hughes that had the results been flipped he would not have been talking about Kakko that way (honestly feel bad for the kid in that regard). Also, casually adding Mitch Marner to the Rangers.
This Buffalo team is in desperate need of some veteran leadership - absolutely insane they are sitting on this treasure trove of assets while the team flounders away.
