OOT Scoreboard 2024 25 Season Part II

Philthy has been almost unbeatable since Torts was fired. They should be a very good team next year. It became evident that Torts wasn't the man for the job when he stopped refusing to lose to the NJD.

Isles, Bruins and Rags finally die into futile retools and crash out. That's the script I'm going with. Pens are already there.

The question is, when healthy, how much better do you think we are than Ottawa, Buffalo and Montreal. I'd say we are a lot better.

If you meaningfully improve on Palat, Haula and the fourth line and you get similar to better goaltending, this is a contender.

Ottawa has no RD, Buffalo are the NY Jets of hockey until they do something they're an afterthought and Montreal will be very good if people pan out but there's always a risk of someone busting or not be as good as their draft pedigree.

I'm pretty sure Lavi and Drury are gone.

Maybe Drury isn't gone and is much safer than I think he is? Sometimes I've been very wrong and shocked by some GM who I thought was going, only for them to wind up staying.

The Rangers probably want Sullivan or Quenneville LOL.

Maybe even Torts 3.0 lol.

Shit, I hope they give Drury a five year extension. He's doing a great job over there! No complaints!

Not gonna lie, I just peeped the Rangers post game GDT, only because I saw a thread titled ELIMINATED over on the sidebar for most recent posts. I knew it had to be the Rangers, as I'm pretty sure they're the only team that's been eliminated in the last few days.

Some of the posts in there are kind of funny. Seems like a lot of them are like whatever, who cares? They're actually taking it quite well, but probably because I think they've known this was coming since about November.

Columbus may be able to get in. Montreal has a much tougher schedule and they need to win two get at least 3 points if Columbus wins out which is possible.
