You would think if they weren’t allowed to hang the banner at the current arena, they would have had the decency to at least personally give Doan the banner.

Nah I can understand the laughter about Arizona, they were consistently defended by Bettman throughout the years when it was evident that ownership had no f***ing plan. They'll be back, that market can work 100% but it just wasn't meant to be this time.

It won't ever happen but stuff like this is why I wish we had a promotion / regulation system where the teams were tied to cities and not leagues. Again, way better chance of us experiencing World War 3 before that happening though.

Stars's reward for being the best team in the West this year? A team that LTIR scams every year and the defending Cup Champs, fun. I still think Dallas throttles them with a good Oettinger, Thompson and Hill blow ass this year
