Vasi closed out the Islanders one zip in game 7 of the conference finals last year in just such a fashion. He will probably be called on to make at least one big save before the end.

SN analysts say the non call on Laf's hit on Hedman was really poor officiating. Said if the Rags are eliminated tonight a suspension could be delayed to the start of next season.
