It wasn't blocked or deflected by anyone.

I mean when there's that many guys in the lane you're looking for the tiniest of holes. He was probably shooting for what little there was and missed wide. I don't see how that's any worse than if he was shooting for a hole and missed with it hitting someone in front

He's pretty infamous for being a blackout drunk.
