I don't follow the club but I wonder. The Kings are not doing so well. Could Moulson be of any help, at best as a 3rd line player. 4th line if so. Maybe it serves the organisation better for him to help the team win in the AHL. I know he has been playing in the AHL for a few years, so he's probably stuck while the youngsters will go up.

Not sure if he could, he's on loan from the Sabres, his contract is with them, not the Kings

It would be awesome if they could call up Moulsen, Grundstrom and scratch Carter and Toffoli. Scratch Phaneuf and dress 5 defensemen too. Send the message...that the Kings got a player off the AHL team that is not even their property and put them in, over you.

After a crazy flurry reign lead 3-2.
After the Grundstrom goal Sherwood tied it up for the Gulls, then Carrick took the lead for The Gulls, followed by A goal by Devane to tie it and Moulson retook the lead for Ont.

The usual defensive lapses from the usual suspects, Lintuniemi, MacDermid and Clague. All with poor games. Really starting to like Strand. Seeing growth in his game and ability. A project that just could pan out with good size and poise with the puck.

First time seeing Grundstrom live. Impressed. Solid positionally, good offensive instincts, finishes his checks, better acceleration and faster than I thought watching him on the computer on AHL live. Not a speedster, but an NHL skater, especially his first step and acceleration. He actually reminds me of a young left handed Dustin Brown in physical appearance (not big but solidly built), even his face from a distance is similar. Looks like an NHLer to me with my early observations for what that's worth. Much more polished than Wagner or Luff. Had an assist tonight and got robbed on a terrific save by SD goalie on a tic-tac-toe play with Maillet and Moulson (they make a very good line together). Responsible defensively too from what I could tell. It's early, but I think our staff did well getting this young man. He is 5th in the entire league in scoring among AHL rookies. Rempal has fallen to 10th.

Pretty much describes his whole season down here. Some on him, so on the porous team defense. Not sure Patrick Roy could have a GAA of less than 3.5 down here this season.
Really hoping we get Mikey Anderson and Markus Phillips on the team next season along with Vilardi and JAD!

what a prayer of a pass on that behind the back by mitchell on the GWG  but still good on him for getting it through a maze!

One of the few good plays he has made all season. A disappointment, just one of many reasons the team has performed so badly. Would not be surprised if the Kings didn't qualify him. Might depend on what AHL vets are coming back, or who else they may pick up off the scrap pile.

Anyone have any updates if Brodzinski will start his conditioning assignment with the Reign at Fridays home game?
