We all know the reason for this but as a general rule of thumb it is better to buy local anyway. It helps to support everyone within a community and the country overall. Both the US and Canada have become far too dependent on buying from countries that don't give a rats ass about either country.
But it was interesting seeing new store signage on every item to make it very obvious where they were made. I think there were only two items that I put back that I usually buy.
Did I say Canada doesn't gaf about the US or vice versa? I have family from Canada and am a proud dual citizen. Don't ever f***ing put words in my mouth again. My grandfather fought in WWII for Canada. When I say countries that don't give a damn about us I'm talking many countries in the middle east, China and Russia. They don't gaf about the US or Canada.
I usually try to buy local unless the price difference is so extreme that it hits the pocket too hard. Hopefully in the long run this helps strengthen Canadian brands sales domestically. That one man is who your country chose to lead and represent you. So when it comes to things like this, unfortunately one man very sadly does = a country.
No one will ever represent everyone no matter how good or bad they are. People need to remember that in times like these. Again let's hope that this is short term and that Canada gets their new PM in place soon so that he or she can see if they can help the situation.

Wrong. No election in May without that non-confidence vote, so it is very important. Otherwise, it's in October. And we need to get the government in this country sorted out asap.
