Check twitter before bed. Ended up seeing about 3 people be killed by guns or accidents in various videos put in my timeline posted by ppl I don't follow. Say not interested to them as usual. Never seems to make a dif.

One neat AI creation from one of the all time most used memes

I never agreed with that meme. I always thought the girl that was with the guy was way hotter than the one he had his eyes distracted by.:D

ANY pawn shop on Alberta Avenue has several. If they're not hanging on the wall they have them in storage, just ask. You find more of those in pawn shops than any other Oilers Jersey.

As a matter of fact I had my left rear molar pulled about 2 weeks ago.
Being I've had hardly any dental plan in most of my jobs and don't now I'm real happy I have all my teeth, and no pain or obvious tooth problems. I'm sure if I went to a dentist he'd find something to work on (they always do)

My secret. Go to dentists less than anybody, look after teeth with brushing and mouthwash. have decent diet, eat healthy, lots of veggies. and NEVER get teeth cleaning. I think regular teeth cleaning is just designed to have more dental problems. Oh, and I never use the whitening strips or whitening toothpaste. Just the regular toothpaste.

Random mention that I drink a lot of water in a day and water here is flouridated. That probably helps too.

ps I didn't like your post because I'm a sadist. ;)

Im with you on all of the above however I am a night clencher and have split both my rear bottom molars so they are both gone now awaiting implants. Not the kind of implants I want to be paying for to be honest.

This might be too much info, sorry if it is but I used to be a bit like that as well. Turns out I was nervous and further tests revealed a significant thyroid problem that had gone undiagnosed for decades. I take synthroid for life now and reduced my stress, blood pressure etc. Its like I'm on a cloud now the last 7yrs compared to how I used to be.

I did grind my teeth. But that stopped with the meds.

One other thing for you or anybody older reading. We just bought a spine inversion table couple months ago as I have Sciatica and compressed discs. People for years had been recommending this. Oh man, its so damned great. Just 5-10mins on this a couple times a day and its like life changing stuff. One thing people didn't mention is I'm sleeping like a baby since using this. No more nerve pain. Its like a miracle cure.

This is the one we bought.

proviso though that anybody should consult with doctor if high blood pressure or family history of strokes or such. But they say to get used to it gradually. If you tilt too much too quick its a weird feeling. What a great product though. We got it on sale as well.

The dentist I used to have for years before he retired (I coached his kid for years in hockey) got me one of those mouthguard things. It lasted 4 seconds before I tossed it. I have nerves of spaghetti not steel so maybe I need to see my doctor too lol.
