You seem like the type of person who would fall for the charming bad boy, just for him to break your heart because he was never in love with you simply because he was a smooth talker. Subban is a smoother talker, but that doesn't mean he's "amazing" at his job. Messier is incoherent for sure, but when he gets his point across, it tends to be quite accurate. Trust me, I was quite surprised because I had a disdain for him concerning hockey before ESPN got the NHL rights.
The only serviceable bloke on Altitude is Mitchell and to a lesser degree Liles. Like JML isn't bad, but he doesn't say the truth as it is. He defended Georgiev more than freakin' Bednar does and that gets a lot of brownie points loss. I can't even stand listening to Rycroft at this point. Yan Stastny seems like a decent person, but he's worse than Messier in articulation. So you have one truly good analyst, and he works there part-time lol, it's awful. Keefe is cannon fodder who can be replaced by Brodie Brazil as far as I am concerned, and he's a huge homer that clouds his judgement. Plus, he wears a suit with jeans. Awful stuff.
