This actually reminded me of the Pujols/Lidge game in 2005 since it was a Game 5. Hopefully better outcome for Game 6. I’d set over/under for Friday at 7.5. Both goalies are sieves. I was there. Sitting behind 3rd base, watching it felt like I was in slow motion, like a car wreck. Completely sucked.

I'm just glad the Blues kept fighting. If we're going down, then we go down fighting.

To be honest... personally could care little about the Avs fanbase because they really don't know what it is to root for hockey. Not like some other teams and fans. And this spans many sports. IMNSHO, Colorado fans in general are spoiled. As in spolied sit on your hands I expect to be entertained type fans. Not that interesting tbh. And am reflecting on the fanbase as in walking around citizens, read the newspaper, listen to sports programs, attend a game here and there...

Then add many of the HFBoard fans are knowledgeable, passionate, often times over the top, but generally A-ok. And of course ya gots your ringers too. We all do.

And to be further honest, I am all about teams never quitting I don't care who they are. So well done to the Blues. Grit for sure. Have to love it... at least I do.
