I see a pretty good list for Russia, with Pasha, Ilya Kovalchuk, Ovechkin...but I'm a little surprised no one has mentioned Max Afinogenov...I think he would be a good possibility.

Am I off the mark somewhere?

I wouldn't choose Ilya. He is very good on breakaways and scores plenty on them but for some reason not so good in shootouts. About Max, he can be pretty creative in shootouts, though he is not very universal and mostly goes for dekes. His questionable scoring touch makes me hesitate to put him among 5 shooters though.
