Add in the refs not calling the play dead when they should, players not being able to play the puck if they lose their helmet, the same shooter being elected to shoot the puck in the shootouts..yeah, the international rules need some fine tuning.

do the olympics count into a players negotiating process for a new contract?? and does a team balk if a player tries to do this since it is not in the NHL???
