our season has just ended

Don't get how anyone can possibly care about anything hockey related after the news this morning

When a player misses an elimination game, its always serious

3 weeks

6 games

we go 2-4 and goodbye to 2nd/3rd in the metro. Into a wildcard spot and a sitting EGG to lose in 5 games

Holy waterworks, Batman. Easy with the soap opera drama. God forbid we have to face some adversity....

What a goal by Latvia! I've never seen that before. If you didn't see it... defensive zone faceoff for Latvia. Immediately after the puck drops the d-man hustles to the bench and another player jumps on and b-lines towards the goal. Caught the Canadian defense off guard. Breakaway goal.
