The game gets over analyzed to the point where the guys forget to actually play hockey. Just always trying to set up for the same plays because they’ve worked well for you.

See it with the Oilers they’re always looking for the same couple plays so once you know what they want to do you just let them pass it around the outside and show them those seams knowing that’s exactly where they want to go. Even if you’re ready for it and picking passes they just keep forcing it and turning it over.
