We need to change our o-zone entry they are keeping their d-men laterally tight and very close together as a tight unit, we need to stop trying the dump and the rush, we need to focus on the give and go for the rest of the game, the simple give and go, we need to speed this game up, we need to use an upspeed man to take some passes at the blueline , hall is good at that and Nuge is shifty to, we need to approach the o-zone laterally strong wide and using the give ang go with an upspeed support man coming in late, one forward will need to immediatly reverse and go back to cover the d-zone as soon as we breach their blueline, we only use the numbers advantage to gain the zone with lateral strength then we drop a man back to support our defense. J, Schultz should join some of those give and gos freeflow.

We can never take advantage of games we shouldn't be in, yet teams do it to us all the time (Dallas at the start of the year) and it just gets frustrating.

We need to use short tght in close give and gos to beat their neutral zone numbers advantage that is killing us, we seriously need to use the give and go immediatly, it will rip their neutral zone coverage apart, and use J Schultz to finish the give and gos in tight, leave a man back so he can go all the way in. This shuts them down in the n-zone. 10 ft passes in tight not 40 ft passes. Pick a wing and use the short snappy give and go to isolate them to one side and go for it, we can isolate a wing because they are strong laterally in the n-zone they are weak north-south as their d-men are sitting back to support their neutral zone strength, just the simple short fast give and gos are all we need to do to isolate a wing and defeat their n-zone coverage.

Make sure we dont start the give and go from the wrong spot, remember we are trying to isolate one wing in the n-zone so we need to suck him over to the boards as early as we can because that is our goal, to draw one of them over enough to use the give and go trough the neutral zone with tight puck support.
