Oh fair enough. I find the older I get anxiety is brutal. I used to be able to handle anything but now. I get anxiety easily.

When I was 19 if someone wanted to fight me I used to love it. Now I’m certain I would shit myself and cry lol. Work can also be brutal

And oilers. Seeing them play at times is brutal

mine is completely random and very debilitating. I hate it. I always had it, but as I get older it gets worse, I used to be able to ride the attacks out, now I can't. Went on Meds, gained weight, fell into a depression, tried a different med same thing. Im currently in a big funk and don't do anything, but I have these massive swings. I spent Nov and December working out and doing well, then January rolled around and its like a switched was flipped.
